4. Product Warranty and Liability Shop FVOR strives to provide high-quality hair and skincare products suitable for their intended purpose. However, due to the nature of beauty products, results may vary based on individual use, skin/hair type, and handling.

To the extent permitted by law, we make no additional warranties beyond those implied under Kenyan law (e.g., merchantable quality and fitness for purpose under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012). We exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

You agree to handle, store, and use our products in accordance with any provided instructions or standard practices for such items. We are not liable for misuse, improper storage, allergic reactions, or failure to follow guidelines.

For defective or incorrect products, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (available on the website). We comply with statutory rights for redress in cases of proven defects or non-conformity.
