Shipping policy

At Shopfvor, we deliver premium, scalp-first hair and body care products across Kenya with care and efficiency. We currently ship only within Kenya.

Order Processing & Turnaround

  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EAT).
  • Orders placed over the weekend or after 5 PM on weekdays will be processed the next business day.
  • We always call or notify you (via phone/WhatsApp) once your order has been dispatched, so you know it's on the way.
  • During major sales or high-volume periods, processing and dispatch may take slightly longer due to increased demand. We will still keep you informed every step of the way, no surprises!
  • Nairobi and environs: Expect dispatch within 24–48 hours in most cases.
  • Rest of Kenya: Dispatch within 2–3 working days.

Delivery times after dispatch depend on your location and courier partner (typically 1–2 business days nationwide, faster in Nairobi). We aim for prompt service, but external factors like weather, traffic, or holidays may affect final arrival.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location (e.g., Nairobi vs. upcountry) and order details. You'll see the exact shipping fee displayed on the checkout page before payment, you can review and decide whether to proceed. We strive to keep rates fair and transparent.

Back Orders / Out-of-Stock Items If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock (back-ordered):

  • We'll ship the in-stock portion immediately.
  • When the back-ordered item becomes available, we'll ship it to you at no extra shipping cost.
  • You'll be notified throughout the process.

  • We package every order carefully to ensure your hair and skincare products arrive in perfect condition.
  • Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any issues (e.g., damage or wrong item) immediately, refer to our Return & Refund Policy for guidance (only unopened items qualify in limited cases).
