Refund policy

We accept returns only within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene and safety standards for hair and skincare products, returns are limited to cases where you received the wrong item (e.g., a different product than ordered, incorrect size like 100g instead of 50g, or damaged/broken upon arrival).

  • Items must be completely unopened, with the original seal fully intact, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Opened, used, tampered with, or seal-broken products unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or "didn't like it" reasons.
  • No returns on items purchased on sale/promotion or gift cards.
  • Returns or exchanges are not possible after 7 days from delivery.

We strongly advise customers to immediately inspect your order upon receipt for any discrepancies, damages, breakages, or incorrect items. Report any issues right away to ensure eligibility.

Preferred Option: Exchange The easiest and fastest resolution is usually an exchange for the correct product (subject to stock availability). If the same item is not in stock, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

How to Request a Return or Exchange Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order details (when you ordered it and the order no.), a description/photos of the issue (e.g., wrong product, size mismatch, or damage), and proof of purchase. We'll review quickly and coordinate next steps with you, no need to ship anything until we confirm approval and provide instructions.

Once approved, we'll guide you on sending the item back (if needed for exchange/refund). Approved exchanges or refunds are processed promptly; refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
